As our Product manager (non-software), you will manage the expansion of our product categories and products in those categories. You will define the product roadmap, identify pet and vet suppliers, create business cases for new products, and ensure that products are of the highest quality and visually appealing. You will work closely with the head of e-commerce and other teams to deliver on our portfolio ambitions and help us achieve our vision for redefining primary healthcare for pets.

Als Produkt Manager (Non-Software) bist du für die Erweiterung unserer Produktkategorien und der Produkte in diesen Kategorien zuständig. Du legst die Produkt-Roadmap fest, identifizierst Lieferanten für Haustiere und Tierärzte, erstellst Business Cases für neue Produkte und stellst sicher, dass die Produkte von höchster Qualität und optisch ansprechend sind. Du wirst eng mit dem Leiter der Abteilung E-Commerce und anderen Teams zusammenarbeiten, um unsere ehrgeizigen Portfolio Ziele zu erreichen und uns dabei zu helfen, unsere Vision zu verwirklichen, die medizinische Grundversorgung für Haustiere neu zu definieren.

Your tasks

Manage the expansion of our product categories and products in those categories
Define the product roadmap
Identify and vet suppliers for high-quality pet health products
Create business cases for new products
Ensure that products are of the highest quality and visually appealing
Work closely with e-commerce and other teams to deliver on our portfolio ambitions
Collaborate with content and design teams to bring products to life in our shop
Maintain supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Pflege von Lieferantenbeziehungen und Aushandlung von Verträgen
Beobachtung von Markttrends und Wettbewerbern

Your Skills

English

Minimum 3 years of experience in a business development type of role
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a structured way
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
Passion for pets and pet health products

Du solltest mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Geschäftsentwicklung haben
Du solltest eine Ausgeprägte Analyse-, Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeit haben
Du besitzt die Fähigkeit zur Unternehmerisches Denken und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
Fähigkeit zur selbständigen Arbeit und zur Arbeit im Team
Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und strukturiertes Arbeiten gehören zu deinen Stärken
Du solltest mindestens einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet haben
Du hast eine Leidenschaft für Haustiere und Gesundheitsprodukte für Haustiere
