Deine Mission

Du unterstützt den 2nd Level Support bei der Bearbeitung von Rechnungsrückfragen und Kundenfeedbacks
Du betreust unsere Social Media Accounts sowie GMB & Trustpilo und beantwortest Kundenanfragen
Du stehst in enger Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit anderen relevanten Abteilungen, insbesondere Vet Operations, Finance und Vet Training
Du unterstützt uns bei der Entwicklung von Kundenzufriedenheit steigernden Maßnahmen

Deine Skills

Immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d) an einer Hochschule/Universität, idealerweise im Bereich Veterinärmedizin
Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
Gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
